Hey Ya'll!! I am now in Alaska!! It is ok here, we are in Ketchikan. It is a small island and not pretty like the pictures everyone sees. It is cold (thank goodness) and I am happy about that. I was so sick of the hot weather in Louisiana. Craig just spent a year deployed overseas (with the Coast Guard). The kids and I got to have the joy of evacuating for Katrina. as pretty much missed, guess it was because we were only 20 miles from where it actually hit land. Craig's old station in Venice, LA was demolished.Our daughter will be 17 in Feb, 07 and our son is 8. They are doing pretty good here in the schools. Things move very slowly here. The people are exceptionally nice. It rains almost 24/7 here. It is wild. This April, Craig and I will celebrate our 8th anniversary.
